12.DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
UPDATED FOR COVID-19 March 2020
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak and our stores closing, online orders will take longer to process. If the item is in stock, we will post out when we can get to the store. Please allow at least 5-10 working days for delivery. Delivery will be tracked and sent via Royal Mail during this time.
All our orders are dispatched via DPD from our Mawgan Porth store. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but we are a very small team who like to go surfing so there may be a slight delay in receiving your order if it’s pumping out there!
Standard Delivery is £5. Orders are sent via DPD. A signature is not required. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Pick Up in Store
You can choose contact our stores directly to place and pay for an item to collect in that store. When collecting, please bring along your order details, including the order number.
ORDER RELATED QUERIES
My order has not arrived, where is it?
If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:
• DPD has experienced a delay
• DPD has made a delivery attempt and has left you a calling card
• Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
• Your parcel has been left in a safe place that you have specified when you placed your order
If none of these apply or you still cannot locate your parcel, please use the provided tracking number on the DPD website to try and locate your parcel. If that doesn’t work, please contact DPD directly using your tracking number provided. Please note, we will not be held responsible for deliveries that have been delivered and somehow go missing. We will not replace the products you have not received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Online orders only)
We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry, you can return or exchange. Please note however, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless faulty:

Please send your unwanted items back within 14 working days or 7 working days for Sale items, with proof of purchase, making sure they are unused and good as new, in their original packaging with all swing tags still attached to:

When we’ve received your goods your order will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact the store directly for instructions on what to do next.
We will send the alternative size when we have received your return. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve stock for exchanges. If the requested alternative size is unavailable, our Returns Team will inform you and will proceed to process a refund.
Please note, we do not exchange items for alternative styles.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.
Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.
We do not offer refunds in store.
We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.
If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
FACEBOOK COMPETITION TERMS
Winner will be chosen at random and advised via email that they have won. The winner will win a voucher of equal value to their online order. Winner will have seven days in which to claim their prize. If we do not hear from the winner within seven days we will choose another winner at random.
The voucher will be delivered via email as an e-voucher and can be used against online purchases. No other voucher or coupon can be redeemed at the same time and the voucher can only be used against full priced items and not sale items.
All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. All Winners will be picked at random unless the competition states otherwise.
OTHER COMPETITION TERMS
